We’re 10! Can you believe it? I have been thinking a lot lately about the stories and milestones of this journey my team and I have been on for the last DECADE. Wow. I am amazed and blessed, as I sit here reflecting on what we’ve created.
First and foremost… In ten years we’ve impacted nearly 3000 children through our work in early childhood education. From a centre with capacity of 17 children, to one of 53 children to the one we have today of 77 children. From 1 director and 3 child carers to the current situation of 2 directors, 2 coordinators, 2 leaders and 15 child carers. What was stable and will always remain is the child:carer ratio which we are proud to say that we always followed and always made sure that carers are not loaded more than it should be.
When I started this business 10 years ago, I never envisioned it would be what it is today. I could feel that something bigger was in my future but I just didn’t know that it would be big as it is today.
Over the past 10 years, we have built a trusted reputation as a leading childcare centre provider. This reputation is based on the commitment of our staff, the quality of our teaching, and our supportive partnerships with families. We are humbled by the loyalty and trust of the families who have entrusted us with the care of their children over the last ten years. It has been our privilege to educate them and watch them grow.
Our team looks forward to another wonderful decade of strengthening family partnerships, creating and cherishing new memories, and celebrating new milestones. We look forward to seeing the wonderful achievements that our children, past and present, make as they begin their careers as lifelong learners.
